Kalanirdhari Performing Arts School was born out of a deep commitment to preserving the soul of Indian classical dance. We don’t just teach movement — we teach expression, emotion, discipline, and legacy. Here, students are guided to not only perform, but to feel, to connect, and to carry forward a tradition that is centuries old.
Since March 2016, Kalanirdhari Performing Arts School has been dedicated to preserving the rich heritage of Indian classical dance. From humble beginnings to acclaimed performances and certifications, our journey continues with passion and purpose.

Guru Kalamandalam Vineetha Sreejin brings a wealth of experience and mastery to every aspect of classical dance training. Her deep understanding of technique, expression, and pedagogy ensures students receive world-class guidance.
Our Process
Students begin by learning the fundamentals of classical dance — including posture, footwork, expressions, and mudras. Classes emphasize discipline and dedication, creating a strong base for future progress.
As students grow in confidence and control, they are guided deeper into choreography, rhythm, and storytelling. Emotional expression becomes a key focus, aligning the dancer with the soul of the art form.
Advanced learners participate in stage performances, cultural festivals, and certification exams. Feedback, mentoring, and continued refinement ensure lifelong learning and artistic evolution.
I’m so grateful to my Vineetha ma'am for creating such a warm and supportive space for beginners like me. I started Mohiniyattam with no dance experience and was really nervous, but her kind and patient teaching made it easy to learn. Since my childhood, I had a strong desire to learn Bharatanatyam. Now, in my thirties, I have finally been given the chance to study it at Kalanirdhari. Founder & Director
A professionally trained classical dancer with over 11 years of experience in Bharatanatyam, Mohiniyattam, and Kuchipudi, Vineetha Sreejin holds an M.A. in Bharatanatyam from Bharathidasan University and a B.A. in Mohiniyattam from Kerala Kalamandalam. Her journey includes performances across India and internationally, along with numerous awards that recognize her dedication to classical dance and teaching excellence.
She founded Kalanirdhari as both a school and a sanctuary — a space where classical dance is preserved, respected, and passed on in its purest form.
Our classes are conducted in a warm, mentor-led environment where each student is treated as part of a family — growing under close guidance and personal attention.
In partnership with Bharathidasan University, we offer structured certification courses that help students pursue classical dance both academically and professionally.
Students are trained in Bharatanatyam, Mohiniyattam, and Kuchipudi — with emphasis on theory, practical skill, stage presence, and storytelling.
Students perform at least three to four times a year — from local cultural events to national festivals and world record stages — gaining valuable exposure and confidence.
Through our in-house Kalanirdhari Dance Collection & Fancy Store, students have access to authentic costumes, jewelry, and accessories — ensuring they are fully prepared for every performance.
Roots Take Hold
Kalanirdhari began informally as a personal initiative by Guru Vineetha Sreejin, training a small group of dedicated students.
Recognition on a Grand Stage
Participation in the ICMDA 10 World Record Mega Event in Bangalore, where students earned recognition for their performance on an international platform.
Awards and National Attention
Performance at the Udagamandalam Dance Festival, where Guru Vineetha Sreejin received the esteemed Nritha Vilasini Award for her excellence in Bharatanatyam.
Official Launch
Kalanirdhari Performing Arts School is formally established in Kadugodi, Bengaluru — offering certified, structured training to students across age groups.
